Our Lady Star of the Sea

On Line Gift Aid Form

A Personal Message from Father Antony

While Mass is still being celebrated every Saturday at 6.30 p.m. and Sunday at 9.00am and on Thursday and Friday mornings at 9.00 a.m.  I do appreciate that you may find it difficult or unsettling to attend a gathering at Mass at the moment. Please be assured that, when we meet as a parish, all of you are remembered in our prayers.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continuing generosity in these strange and difficult times, without which we would not be able to maintain our parish life and parish family with the worship of Christ in the way we do now. I am very aware of the straightened times in which we live, and I marvel at the kindness of all of you who continue to help me in the vital work of up keeping our parish.

As, with yourselves, the bills for the parish do keep arriving!

These bills are normally met by the generosity of your donations through the weekly offerings.

You will understand that, in these strange times, the offertory collections are much reduced.

While you may not feel able at the moment to attend Mass I am asking that you consider how you could continue to support the parish financially for the good of the future of the parish.

Opportunities for giving can be found in the ‘Offerings / Gift Aid’ pages of the website.
